BAAQMD Regulation 13, Rule t Requirement <br /> <br />Review and approve/disapprove Employer Trip Reduction Plans when performance <br />objectives are not achieved (Section 13-1-408) <br /> <br />The rule includes the following provisions: <br />1. Requires employers that do not achieve the performance objectives for the applicable <br /> year :o prepare and submit an Employer Trip Reduction Plan for that work site <br /> withiu a specified time <br />2. Specifies the content of the Employer Trip Reduction Plan <br />3. Includes criteria for plan approval/disapproval <br />4. Requires the Air Pollution Conurol Officer to disapprove plans that do not meet the <br /> approval criteria <br />5. Requires plan updates once every two years <br />6. Reqtttres employers to submit a revised plan if the plan is disapproved <br /> <br />Local Jurisdiction TRO Requirement <br /> <br />SectionNumber(s): 17.24.090 Review and Approval/Revision of TDM Program <br /> <br />Describe the process file local jurisdiction will use to review and approve/disapprove plans: <br /> <br />If, after review of an employer's annual report, the Pleasanton Coordinator determines the <br />sieged goals have not bemm met, then the Pleasanton Coordh'mtor shall reject the proposed <br />TDM Program and reqffue that revisions and/or additions be made in order to achieve the <br />reduction hi AVK and/or peak period traffic within one year of submittal. The employer <br />can appeal to the TDM Task Force.
