'Section <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Government Code §37350,et seq., the City <br />Council determines that for the common benefit the parcel <br />of property located at the northeast corner of the inter- <br /> <br />section of Division Street and Peters Avenue, having a <br /> <br />dimension of approximately 25.95 feet by 85.22 feet is <br />declared to be surplus property and of no practical <br /> <br />benefit to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Director of Housing and Community Development has <br /> <br />determined that a fair selling price for said property wo~Id <br />be $4.25 per square foot, less the City's present $3,713 <br /> <br />parking assessment levied against said parcel pursuant to <br /> <br />Peters Avenue Parking Local Improvement Assessment Dis- <br /> <br />trict No. 74-10. The staff is authorized to prepare <br /> <br />necessary documentation to sell the property in question <br /> <br />to the adjacent property owner, Mr. Michael Stanley, at <br /> <br />the price of $4.25 per square foot, less the City's <br /> <br />present Parking Assessment obligation. <br /> <br />Section 3. All funds received from the sale of this property to <br /> <br /> Mr. Michael Stanley shall be deposited in <br />Section 4.
