within 90 days of the promulgation of the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference entitled "Guidelines and Processing <br /> <br />Procedures for the Evaluation of Projects and Pre- <br /> <br />paration of Environmental Impact Reporfs by the City <br />of Pleasanton Pursuant to the California Environmental <br /> <br /> Quality Act of 1970" is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />Section 2. Resolution No. 74-133 and its exhibit incorporated <br /> <br />by reference therein is hereby repealed to the extent <br />that they are inconsistent with the amendments contained <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />Section 3.
