CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES AND PROCESSING PROCEDURES <br />FOR THE REVIEW OF PROJECTS BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ~ND RE- <br />PEALING INCONSISTENT PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-133 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is required by State law to <br /> <br /> prepare and adopt procedures and guidelines for the <br /> processing and preparation of environmental reports <br /> consistent with Environmental Quality Act of 1970, <br /> as amended, and Guidelines prepared by the Secretary <br /> for Resources; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 2, 1973, adopted Resolution <br /> No. 73-58 (A Resolution Approving Environmental Impact <br /> Guidelines and Procedures) establishing guidelines <br /> for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 26, 1974 the Secretary for Resources adopted <br /> emergency regulations implementing an amendment to <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act enacted by <br /> the Legislature as Chapter 56 of the Statutes of 1974; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />on June 10, <br />No. 74-133 <br /> <br /> 1974, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />(A Resolution Establishing Guidelines and <br />Processing Procedures for the Review of Projects by <br />the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolution No. <br />74-24) bringing the City of Pleasanton Guidelines into <br />conformity with said amended State Guidelines; and <br />on December 26, 1974, the Secretary for Resources of <br />the State of California, filed amendments to the State <br />Guidelines for Implementation of the California En- <br />vironmental Act of 1970; and <br />the City of Pleasanton, along with other public agencies <br />in California is required to bring its environmental <br />impact procedures into conformity with said guidelines <br /> <br /> <br />
