him, shall comply caith all provisions of §1777.5 of the <br />Labor Code pertaining to the employment of apprentices <br />on public works projects. In the event any contractor <br />wilfully fails to comply caith §1777.5, he shall be denies <br />the right to bid on a public works contract for a period <br />of six months from the date the determination is made. <br />The interpretation and enforcement of §1777.5 shall be <br />in accordance with rules and procedures prescribed by <br />the Apprenticeship Council; and <br />7. Publication: A11 of the above information is contained <br />in the Labor Relations Bulletin, published by the Associ <br />ated General Contractors of California. Three copies <br />of this publication are on file with the City Clerk of <br />the City of Pleasanton and available for public inspec- <br />tion during normal business hours.
