On the contrary, the <br />Council finds that the developer's own draft <br />environmental impact report indicates that the <br />land desired to be subdivided is subject to land- <br />slide difficulties. <br />Section 3. A copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by tiro <br />City Clerk to the developer or his representative. <br />Section 4.
