HOLPARD LONG <br />FROM A DECISION OF THE PLANiQING COidlMISSIOIQ DE2JYING <br />TENTATIVE TRACT NIAP idO. 3256. <br />TidHEREA5, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, at <br />its meeting of February 13, 1975, considered Tentative <br />Map No. 3256 on approximately 50 acres of property <br />belonging to Dr. Howard Long; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing at which time <br />the developer was represented by legal counsel to urge <br />the approval by the Planning Commission of the afore- <br />mentioned map; and <br />WHEREAS, at the conclusion of its hearing, the Planning Com- <br />mission adopted Resolution No. 1332, denying the <br />application of Dr. Howard Long for approval of Tenta- <br />tive Tract iVo. 3256; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to provisions of the State Subdivision Map <br />Act, the developer appealed the decision of the Planninc,~ <br />Commission to the City Council within the tide periods <br />allowed by the State Subdivision .Map Act; and <br />udHEREAS, at its meeting of A4arch 10, 1975, the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton held a hearing to consider the <br />appeal of the developer from the denial of the Planning <br />Commission and heard all interested persons desiring <br />to speak; and <br />WHEREAS, at the time of consideration of said appeal, the City <br />Council '.iad before it the minutes of the Planning <br />Commission meeting related to this item, Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 1332, the packet of infor- <br />mation submitted to the Planning Commission by staff <br />
