(Single Family) District, a 17-acre parcel of property <br />located south of Angela Street, west of Mirador Drive, <br />north of Pico Avenue and immediately east of the former <br />eastern city limit line and known as Annexation PSO. b6. <br />This denial is due to the determination of the City <br />Council that it would not be in the interest of tire <br />public health, safety and welfare to rezone this <br />property at this tine. <br />Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby instructed to proceed <br />with the development of a Hillside Planned Development <br />Ordinance to be presented to the Planning Com~inission <br />at its meeting of April 9, 1975 for consideration by <br />said Commission and after due consideration trans- <br />mittal to the City Council for consideration. <br />Section 3.
