CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 75-78 ESTABLISHING gNDERGROUND HTILITY DISTRICT NUMBER 75-2. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-69 a public hearing was called for on April 14 , 1975, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at the Justice Court, 30 West Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, to ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety, or wel- fare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the under- ground installation of wires and facilities for sup- plying electric, communication, or similar or associated service, within that certain area of the City described as Abbie Street between Main Street and First Street; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, notice of such hearing has been given to all affected property owners as shown on the last equalized assess- ment roll and utilities concerned in the manner and for the time required by law; and such hearing has been duly and regularly held, and all persons interested have been given an opportunity to be heard. i iNOW THEREFORE, t! il I! BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON hereby finds and determines that the public neces- sity, health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facili- ties for supplying electric, communication, or similar or associated service on both sides of Abbie Street between Main Street and First Street, such de- scribed area is hereby established as Underground
