CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAmeDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA BE RESOLUTION NO. 75-77 RE: ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 75-1 IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Pleasanton as follows: !iH~EP~AS, by Resolution No. on ~l~yi! i~ Council Chambers 75-68 a public hearing was called for , 1975, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the at the Justice Court, 30 !~lest Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, to ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety, or welfare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the underground installation of ~ires and facilities for supplying electric communication, or similar or associated service, within that certain area of the City described as Santa Rita Road from the Arroyo Del Valle to the Western Pacific Railroad Right of Way; and I~IEREAS, notice of such hearing has been given to all affected property ox~mers as shovm on the last equalized assessment roll and utilities concerned in the manner and for the time required by law; and WHEREAS, such hearing has been duly and regularly held, and all persons interested have been given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFjDT~AT~-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAi~TON hereby finds and determines that the public necessity, health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the under- ground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or associated service on both sides of Santa Rita Road from the Arroyo Del Valle to the Western Pacific ~ailroad Ri%ht of Way, such described area is hereby established as Underground Utility District No. 75-1. Attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and hereby incorporated as part of this resolution, is a map delineating the boundaries of said District. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Council of the City oF Pleasanton
