Section 3. <br /> <br />Section 4~ <br /> <br />paid shall be deemed forfeited and the City <br />Council may at its discretion allocate these <br />units to any other category specified in this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />~lt~p_!S F~j~i<_~D!~e%~in~_ Units. Said units shall <br />be allocated to developers after receipt of design <br />review approval. After receipt of said approval <br />the necessary sewer connection fee shall be paid <br />and necessary building plans must be submitted to <br />the Building Division of the Department of Housing <br />and ComMunity Development. Said permits must be <br />paid for within 60 days from the adoption of this <br />resolution and plans submitted within 90 days of <br />the date uoon which the sewer connection was paid. <br />If the necessary plans have not been submitted <br />pursuant to the time period specified above, the <br />City Council may, at its discretion, allocate said <br />units to any other category set forth herein, and <br />the fees which have been maid, shall be deemed <br />forfeited. <br /> <br />EXTENS IONS. <br /> <br />The City Council may at its discretion grant <br />dividual extensions upon request and upon showing <br />of good cause for the need for such extensions. <br /> <br />If the development plans have been submitted to <br />the Building Division of the Department of Housing <br />and Community Developnent within the 'time period <br />specified above and the necessary plm~ checking <br />has not been completed within the time periods <br />specified in this resolution for each category~ <br />no forfeiture of fees shall occur. <br /> <br />P~ISCELL~/qEOUS . <br /> <br />All pe~nits referred to above in categories 2(c), <br />3(a) and 4 of Section 1 shall be issued by the <br />Building Division of the Department of Housing <br />and Community Development on a first come, first <br />served basis. The permits otheD~ise designated <br />in Section 1 shall be held for each specified <br />user until such time as the time limits referred <br />to in Section 2 have expired and then may be dis-- <br />tributed~ on a first come, first served basis, at <br />the discretion of the City Council. <br /> <br />Within 14 days after building ~lans have been ap.- <br />proved by the Building Division of the Department <br />of Housing and ComMunity Development, the required <br />building permit shall be obtained. Failure to <br />obtain a building permit within the time period <br />specified herein shall cause the outstanding sewer <br />connection permit to become void and the fee paid <br />shall be deemed forfeited. <br /> <br />Any building plans s~bmitted pursuant to this <br />resolution~ in order to toll the running of the <br />time limits herein shall be of a Guality acceptable <br /> <br /> <br />
