WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of March 24, 1975 con. sidered said report, and took public testimony with respect to the same in order to determine the most equitable manner of allocating said 250 sewer connec- tion units. NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS~ Section 1. ALLOCATION. 250 Equivalent Single Family Unit Sewer Connections to the City of Pleasanton Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant shall be distributed as follows: Morrison Homes _I 79 units. Industrial and Commercial tributed as follows .- 39 units to be dis-- a. 18 units for existing holding tanks. 5 industrial units reserved for use by the City and County of San Francisco. 16 units to be allocated for new industrial and com/nercial uses. s_.i..n_.~._l~..__F~zmA~lX-~ 75 dwelling units. Said units to be distributed as follows~ a. 30 units for individual single family lots. 45 units to existing lots belonging to H. C. TIMING. sip_g_%~_f~im~ilJ~_~D~ -- For all Single Family units listed in categories 1 and 3 of Section 1, the re- quired sewer connection fee shall be paid to the Building Division of the Department of Housing and Com~unity Development within 60 days of the adoption of this resolution. The necessary build- ing plans must be s~bmitted to the aforementioned department for plan checking and review within said 60 day period. Any units which have not been re~ quested within 60 days from the date of the adoption of this resolution shall be subject to re. allocation to any other categorv set forth herein at the dis- cretion of the City Council.
