Section 4. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br />DATED: <br /> <br />action set forth in this resolution in order to be <br />responsive to the needs of it's citizens, but stands <br />ready to reinstate those previous provisions through <br />the enactment of necessary ordinances, when and if it <br />can be assured that door-to-door delivery of the mail <br />will be reinstituted. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is directed to send copy of this reso- <br />lution to Congressman Stark, Senators Cranston and <br />Tunney, and Mark Foster, Postmaster, City of Pleasan- <br /> <br />ton. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />May 27, 1975 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />William H.
