WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton is interested <br /> in promoting industrial-commercial development within <br /> the City in order to provide a balanced community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Sixteen (16) Dwelling Unit Equivalent sewer connec- <br />tions are hereby reserved for industrial-commercial purposes for <br />a period of six months from the date of the adoption of this <br />resolution. Upon the termination of said six months, the City <br />Council reserves the right to review any outstanding sewer units <br />which have not been allocated to determine whether said units <br />shall continue to be reserved or allocated to a different use. <br />Section 2. Sixteen (16) Dwelling Unit Equivalent sewer connec- <br />tions are hereby allocated to H. C. Elliott, Inc. for single <br />family homes being constructed by H. C. Elliott, Inc. in the <br />Vintage Hills area of the City of Pleasanton. The use of said <br />units by H. C. Elliott, Inc. shall be subject to the timing pro- <br />visions set forth in Section 2 of Resolution No. 75-67. If said <br />units should not be obtained by H. C. Elliott, Inc. pursuant to <br />the provisions of Section 2 of Resolution No. 75-67, the City <br />Council reserves the right to allow an extension of time pursuant <br />to Section 3 of the aforementioned resolution and/or to allocate <br />said units to a different classification. <br /> <br />Section 3.
