WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-125 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING 32 SINGLE FAMILY <br />DWELLING UNIT EQUIVALENT SEWER CONNECTIONS <br />AT THE SUNOL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 75-67 (A Resolution <br />Establishing a System for Allocation of 250 Equivalent <br />Single Family Dwelling Unit Sewer Connections to the <br />Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant) was adopted on March 24, <br />1975, establishing a system for allocating sewer con- <br /> <br />nections at the Sunol Plant; and <br />86 Dwelling Unit Equivalents were <br />dwelling units; and <br /> <br />reserved for multiple <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 27, 1975, the City Council was <br />advised that 36 of the reserved multiple unit connec- <br />tions had not been applied for; and <br />at said meeting the City Council allocated four of said <br />36 Dwelling Unit Equivalents to residential uses and <br />reserved determination of the allocation of the balance <br />of said units until its meeting of June 9, 1975 in order <br />to receive a report from the Industrial Committee of <br />the Chamber of Commerce regarding the feasibility of <br />using said connections for industrial development; and <br />at its meeting of June 9, 1975, the City Council re- <br />viewed a staff report to which was appended a copy of <br />the letter from the Chamber of Commerce Industrial Com- <br />mittee indicating a desire that the 32 Dwelling Unit <br />Equivalents be retained and reserved for industrial- <br />commercial purposes for a period of six months; and <br />the City Council was advised of the existence of a <br />request from H. C. Elliott, Inc. for the 32 Dwelling <br />Unit Equivalents; and <br /> <br /> <br />
