Section 2. The City Council requests the Planning Commission, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Article 29 of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton and Section 65850 of the <br /> Government Code of the State of California to conduct the <br /> necessary hearings to consider the amendment to the per- <br /> mitted uses in the C-S (Commercial Service) District and <br /> report its recommendations to the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
