Section 2. The City Council affirms the decision of the Planning <br /> Commission as set forth in Resolutions No. 1350 and <br /> <br /> 1351 as they relate to Condition #3 prohibiting vehicular <br /> <br />traffic to Vervais Avenue from the subject parcel. <br />Section 3.
