Section 5. Determines that the project area boundary of project <br /> <br />5-b is more particularly described in Exhibit D attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 6. The Director of Housing and Community Development is <br />hereby directed to file a Notice of Determination with the Clerk <br />of Alameda County to the effect that (1) the City Council has deter- <br />mined to proceed with project 5-b if project 2-b cannot be imple- <br />mented; (2) that the proposed project project will have certain <br />significant adverse effects on the environment but those effects <br />will be mitigated and more than compensated for by the significant <br />beneficial effects on the environment resulting from implementation <br />of either project; (3) advise of the City Council's determination <br />that the final environmental impact report was prepared pursuant to <br />provisions of the Environmental Quality Act of 1970. <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Clerk shall forward copies of the amendment <br /> <br />to the draft environmental impact report to all agencies, organiza- <br />tions and individuals that had previously received copies of the <br />draft EIR, and the City Clerk shall also keep several copies of <br />said amendment on file at the City Hall for public inspection. <br />Section 8.
