RmSOLUTIO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74-194, <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING <br />L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> <br /> That Resolution of Intention No. 74-194 for Assessment District <br />No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, adopted by the City Council on the 14th day of <br />October, 1974, is hereby amended by deleting the following paragraph: <br /> <br /> "NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the procedure for <br /> collection of assessments and advance retirement of bonds <br /> under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 shall be as pro- <br /> vided in Part 11.1, Division 10, of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code of the State of California." <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 22nd day <br />of September, 1975, by the following vote,to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers erlih~', LeClaire. 2.~ilcox an,i:;aTor <br />Councilmembers 'one <br /> <br />Councilmembers McLain <br /> <br />linney <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
