HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 334 <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL <br /> FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGR~LM <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br />of <br />of <br />to <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority <br />the City of Pleasanton do hereby request the City Council <br />the City of Pleasanton to approve, by resolution directed <br />the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda, parti- <br /> <br />cipation in the County Housing Assistance Program as <br />described below under Section 8 of the Housing and Community <br />Development Act of 1974. <br /> <br /> 2. The Housing Authority recommends that this approval <br />be for a maximum of 30 existing rental units located within <br />the boundaries of the City of Pleasanton, and to be operated <br />and managed pursuant to agreement between the County Housing <br />AuthOrity and the City Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> 3. It is recommended that City approval be conditioned <br />upon a review for the need and performance of the housing <br />assistance program by the City and the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Pleasanton two years after the County Housing <br />Authority commences the program within the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 4. Copies of this Resolution shall be sent to the City <br />Council and to other interested officers and agencies. <br /> <br /> DATED: September 18, 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOHN G.
