Section 3. The City Council wishes to assure the National <br />and American Little League organizations that it is the Council's <br />intention that they will remain at their present location near <br />Hopyard Road, barring the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances, <br />until the permanent facilities for Little League are constructed <br />at the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
