Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution along with the amendment to Kennedy Engineers <br /> and appropriate officials of the State and Federal agen- <br /> cies responsible for grant program allocations and to <br /> other interested individuals. <br /> <br />Section 3.
