Commission. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Community Concerns Committee is abolished and its <br /> members are encouraged to apply for positions on the <br /> Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />Section 4. The Council's Congress Of Valley Agencies representa- <br /> tives and City staff should encourage the study of a <br /> Valley-wide program of human services. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Attorney is directed to prepare necessary <br /> amendatory ordinances necessary to codify the actions <br /> taken by the Council per this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 6.
