r, ~ <br />%F, <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-59 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FROM SOFIA ESTRELLA <br />OF PLEASANTON FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE <br />THREE HERITAGE TREES, WHITE POPLARS, FROM <br />4011 FRANCISCO STREET. <br />WHEREAS, Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />requires that prior to the removal of any Heritage <br />Tree a permit must be obtained from the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved the removal of three Heritage <br />Trees, a 22 inch diameter White Poplar, an 11 inch <br />diameter White Poplar and a 27 inch diameter White <br />Poplar, all three (3) located at 4011 Francisco <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, Sofia Estrella made an application to the City for <br />the removal of said trees in conjunction with the <br />development of a swimming pool. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />hereby grants permission for the removal of the <br />Heritage Trees referred to in the report of the <br />Director of Engineering Services attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2.
