the Ellis' request and the City Manager's letter to the <br />Ellis's advising them that their request had been gran <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that there is good reason <br />to grant the request of Mr. and Mrs. Byrd for a septic <br />tank on the same property as authorized for Dr. and <br />Mrs. Ellis. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Authorizes the establishment of a septic tank on that <br />certain parcel of property more particularly described <br />in Exhibit A attached hereto owned by Mr. and Mrs. Robe <br />Byrd subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) Compliance with the provisions of Resolution No.73- <br />(2) Execution of the appropriate septic tank agreement <br />with the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. I'he Mayor is authorized to sign the necessary septic <br />tank agreement after the same has been executed by Mr. a <br />Mrs. Byrd. <br />Section 3.
