writing and through oral presentations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies the appeal of the determination of the City <br />Manager to file a Negative Declaration for the reloca- <br />tion of the United Presbyterian Community Church of <br />Pleasanton on property located at 4300 Mirador Drive. <br />On the basis of the City Council, they do not believe <br />that the project in question would have a significant <br />affect upon the environment as said affect is more <br />particularly delineated in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of <br />the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures of <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON APRIL 26, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, LeClaire, Mercer and <br />Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: Councilmember - Herlihy <br />ABSENT: None , <br />ATTEST: <br />_ .nv.ac, i ~.. rn1L~,vn, <br />W ~M/ ~ p~~ <br />c~-_~ .t.J i <br />William H.
