the rezoning of the subject property, is not making any <br />commitment with respect to how soon, if ever, Willow <br />West Properties, Inc. will receive service through the <br />Valley Community Services District sewage treatment <br />plant, the City Council in considering the approval of <br />said rezoning is not making any commitment to Willow <br />West, Inc. that it will allow the development of said <br />properties on an interim basis with private sewage dis- <br />posal methods or will approve any means of private sew- <br />age disposal by the construction of a private sewage <br />treatment plant and will require Willow West, Inc, to <br />acknowledge the above factors in a written letter to <br />the City Council subsequent to the approval of any re- <br />zoning of said properties. <br />Section 5. A copy of this Resolution shall be transmitted to the <br />City Planning Commission for their consideration in mak- <br />ing their recommendation to the City Council pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 65857. <br />Section 6.
