Section 1. Certifies that the final environmental impact report <br />for Willow-West Properties has been completed in complian< <br />with California Environmental Quality Act State Guideline: <br />and the Guidelines established by the City of Pleasanton <br />pursuant to the State Guidelines. <br />Section 2. It considered. the contents and information contained <br />in the environmental impact report in making its deter- <br />mination whether or not to approve the rezoning of 354 <br />acres of Willow-West Properties located between Hopyard <br />Road and Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way opposite <br />the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Hopyard Road <br />(Assessor's Parcel Nos. 941-700-1-11 and 946-2115-1-12), <br />said rezoning determination being more specifically set <br />forth in resolution No. 76-111. <br />Section 3. An opportunity was provided by the City Council to the <br />applicant and all interested members of the general <br />public to comment upon the contents of the environmental <br />impact report prior to its consideration in conjunction <br />with the request for rezoning of 354 acres by Willow-West <br />Properties. <br />Section 4. The boundaries of the areas affected by said project <br />are more specifically set forth in §7, Volume 2 of the <br />environmental impact report relating to said project and <br />are generally the Livermore-Amador Valley and the portio~ <br />of the Arroyo de La Laguna which is downstream from the <br />subject project. <br />Section 5. The project will have significant effects upon the <br />environment some of which can be mitigated and others <br />which must have additional environmental impact reports <br />as specific phases of the project are presented for con- <br />sideration in order to determine the exact method by <br />which said significant effects can be mitigated. <br />Section 6. Authorizes the filing of a notice of determination <br />upon final consideration by the City Council of the <br />-2- <br />
