CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-110 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />ON WILLOW-WEST PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, on March 13, 1975, the owners of Willow-West Properties <br />filed an application with the City for a rezoning of 354 <br />I acres of land located between Hopyard Road and Southern <br />Pacific Railroad tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to receipt of said application, it was sub- <br />jected to environmental analysis pursuant to Environmenta <br />Impact Guidelines and Procedures of the City of Pleasanto <br />and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of said environmental analysis, it was deter- <br />mined that an environmental report would have to be pre- <br />pared for the project prior to consideration of the pro- <br />posed rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared pursuant to the aforementioned City <br />Guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is the approving body for the purpose of <br />rezoning of the property and thus, must certify the com- <br />pliance of the EIR with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act, State Guidelines and the City Guidelines base <br />upon the State Guidelines, as well as to consider said <br />environmental impact report in reviewing the project and <br />determining the boundaries affected by the environmental <br />impact report and what significant effects said project <br />will have on the environment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of May 10, 1976, reviewe <br />the environmental impact report which had been previously <br />submitted to it for purposes of making the determination <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />
