Section 4. The compensation set forth in the compensation plans designated <br />by this resolution has been selected by the employees in each <br />respective category. The selection of compensation under the <br />respective plan for top management, City Attorney appointed, <br />individually negotiated, middle management, and confidential <br />employees shall be the only compensation to which these employees <br />are entitled and there shall be no right to receive benefits <br />contained in the Memoranda of Understanding with the City`s <br />recognized employee organizations which are not included in the <br />top management, City Attorney appointed, individually negotiated, <br />middle management, or confidential employee compensation plans. <br />It is the City Council's intention that there shall be mutual <br />exclusivity between the compensation plans set forth in this <br />resolution and the items contained in negotiated Memoranda of <br />Understanding, except as one is specifically included in the other. <br />Section 5. The 1976-77 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accord- <br />ingly. <br />(Section 6.
