The sum of $93,478 is allocated from the 1976-77 <br /> fiscal year budget specifically for use in the Depart- <br /> ment of Public Safety for the specific purpose of ob- <br /> taining additional personnel for said department. <br /> <br /> The City Manager and the Director of Public Safety are <br /> directed to submit to the City Council, for consideration, <br /> an amendment to the budget of the Department of Public <br /> Safety indicating the manner in which the additional tax <br /> levy will be utilized. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4.
