(5) <br /> <br />That the area between the sidewalk and the fence be <br />densely planted with fast-growing trees and shrubs <br />and an irrigation system be installed for maintenance <br />of the landscaping and, if possible, preserve the <br />existing eucalyptus trees on the south side of the <br />lot. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Where possible, the lengths of parking spaces be <br />varied in order to obtain the greatest number of <br />spaces and greatest maneuverability within the lot <br />and that the design of the interior of the yard be <br />left to the developer and townhouse homeowners <br />association with the setback on the inside of the <br />south wall to be fifteen (15) feet. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to Stoneson Development Corporation and to <br /> <br />arrange a meeting with said corporation in order to dis- <br />cuss the improvements recommended by the City Council and <br />to obtain the position of Stoneson Development Corporation <br /> <br /> with respect to making said modifications. <br /> <br />Section 4.
