TERRI JORDAN <br />OF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION Tt~T A SITE <br />IMMEDIATELY NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF MAB~00D <br />DRIVE AND STONEDALE DRIVE IS PROPER FOR A RECREATIONAL <br />VEHICLE STORAGE YARD AND THAT CERTAIN MINOR MODIFICATIONS <br />TO THE STORAGE YARD ARE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH <br />PUD-69-5 <br /> <br />the Planning Commission at its meeting of March 10, 1976, <br />considered an appeal by Mrs. Terri Jordan regarding the <br />location of a recreational vehicle storage yard in PUD-69-5; <br />and <br />the Planning Commission continued this matter to April 14. <br />1976 in order to determine whether it could be worked out <br />among the parties concerned; and <br />at its meeting of April 14, 1976, the Planning Commission <br />after review of all documents presented to it determined <br />that the location of the recreational vehicle storage <br />yard at the intersection of Maywood Drive and Stonedale <br />Drive was in accordance with the tentative map and final <br />map approved for PUD-69-5; and <br /> <br /> Mrs. Terri Jordan appealed this decision to the City <br /> Council of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> a public hearing on this appeal was continued from June 14 <br /> 1976 to June 28, 1976, to July 12, 1976, at which time th~ <br /> matter was dismissed from the agenda; and <br /> this matter was rescheduled for consideration by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of August 9, 1976; and <br /> the City Council conducted a public hearing on this appea <br /> and listened to all members of the public interested in <br /> presenting evidence to the City Council with respect to <br /> this appeal; and <br /> the City Council received information from the staff <br /> relating to the conflict in plans as to the location of <br /> <br /> <br />
