Section 2. The Director of Finance is authorized to pay the <br /> <br />above sum from the Morrison Homes "trust fund," estab- <br /> <br />lished subsequent to the trial court judgment in this <br /> <br />particular matter, and to transfer any additional funds <br /> <br />from the phase-out funds that may be necessary to <br /> <br />achieve a balance of $80,491.19 in the Morrison trust <br /> <br />fun d. <br /> <br />Section 3.
