NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City lease to Mr. Jay Harris the premises <br /> <br />at 4895 First Street for the rents, covenants and con- <br /> <br />ditions set forth in the lease agreement prepared by <br /> <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute said lease <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Section 3.
