AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received testimony and reviewed documents <br /> and maps relating to the proposed change and desig- <br /> nation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council found that its limited growth policy, <br /> <br /> pending growth management plan, limited sewer avail- <br /> ability, and potential mitigating affects on traffic <br /> in the Vineyard Avenue area support the proposed <br /> general plan designation change. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the general plan designation of approximately <br /> 4.8 acres of land, located on the south side of Vine- <br /> yard Avenue approximately 130 feet west of Mavis Drive, <br /> be changed from high density residential to medium <br /> density residential. <br /> <br />Section 2.
