WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-245 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION INDICATING THE CITY COUNCIL'S IN- <br />TENTION TO REZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 14 ACRE PARCEL <br />OF LAND LOCATED BETWEEN TAWNY AND PALOMINO DRIVES <br />IMMEDIATELY EAST OF PICO AVENUE FROM C-N (COMMER- <br />CIAL NEIGHBORHOOD) DISTRICT AND PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT - MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL MINIMUM 2500 SQ. <br />FT. PER DWELLING UNIT) DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT <br /> <br />the Planning Commission at its meeting of October 13, <br />1976 considered a report from the Director of Planning <br />regarding a tract of land consisting of approximately <br /> <br />14 acres owned by H. C. Elliott, Inc., located east <br /> <br />of Pico Avenue between Tawny Drive and Palomino Drive; <br />and <br />said report indicated that H. C. Elliott desired to <br />amend the boundaries of the zoning districts in said <br /> <br />14 acre tract so that approximately 7 acres of the <br />property would be zoned C-N (Commercial-Neighborhood) <br />District , located on the western side of the property, <br />and 7 acres of property zoned RM-4000 would be located <br />on the eastern half; and <br />the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this <br />request allowing all interested members of the public <br />as well as the applicant to speak with respect to this <br />application; and <br />subsequent to the holding of the public hearing the <br />Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1454 ( A <br />Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton Recommending to the City Council Adoption <br />of RZ-76-11); and <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 8, 1976 <br />considered a staff report of November 3, 1976 from the <br />Director of Planning which had attached to it a proposed <br />zoning map, the existing zoning map, staff report to <br />the Planning Commission dated October 13, 1976 and <br /> <br /> <br />
