WHEREAS , <br /> <br />considered a staff report of October 29, <br />ing to the location of a BART bus stop at <br />Road and Black Avenue. <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 8, 1976, <br /> <br /> 1976 pertain- <br /> Santa Rita <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amends Resolution No. 76-79, Section 13- Bus Stops, <br /> by the inclusion of two additional subsections 13s-9 <br /> and 13s-10 to read, respectively, as follows: <br /> <br /> 13s-9 On the easterly side of Santa Rita Road <br /> from 40 feet northerly of the curb return <br /> from Black Avenue northerly to 80 feet <br /> northerly of that return. <br /> <br /> 13s-10 On the westerly side of Santa Rita Road <br /> from 20 feet southerly of the curb return <br /> from Black Avenue southerly to 60 feet <br /> southerly of that return. <br /> <br />Section 2. the City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District and to <br /> AC Transit District informing them of the location of <br /> the new bus stop. <br /> <br />Section 3.
