AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the close of the public hearing the City <br /> Council deliberated upon the proposed requested general <br /> plan amendment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves as an amendment to the General Plan adopted <br /> by Resolution No. 76-27 a change of approximately 6.5 <br /> acres of land located between Sunol Boulevard and a <br /> line parallel to Sunol Boulevard approximately 600 feet <br /> east of Sunol Boulevard and extending approximately 250 <br /> feet north and south of Sonoma Drive from "Public and <br /> <br /> Institutional" to "General and Limited Industrial". <br /> <br />Section 2. Recognizes that this general plan amendment and any <br /> general plan amendment undertaken on November 22, 1976 <br /> constitute one of the three annual general plan amend- <br /> ments permitted by Government Code Section 65361. <br /> <br />Section 3.
