CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 76~291 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM FRANK AUF DER MAUR FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR A COM- MERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ON STANLEY BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Auf der Maur is the owner of certain piece of property located at 3420 Stanley Boulevard immedi- ately east of the existing A & R Service Center; and WHEREAS, Mr. Auf der Maur has requested a private sewage dis- posal system to serve the above property since it is not located near a sewage disposal line to the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant; and WHEREAS, Mr. Auf der Maur is the owner of the property upon which A & R Service Center is located, which is pres- ently served by a 10,000 gallon holding tank; and WHEREAS, Mr. Auf der Maur requested permission to use the ex- isting holding tank for the development of the property at 3420 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of December 13, 1976 considered Mr. Auf der Maur's request together with a staff report of December 7, 1976 prepared by the Director of Engineering Services. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES NOW, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves December 7, the request by Frank Auf der Maur dated 1976 for a holding tank to serve the property located at 3420 Stanley Boulevard subject to the following conditions: 1. The holding tank serving the A & R Service Center may be used by the development at 3420 Stanley Boulevard provided the above properties remain under identical ownership. 2. The owner shall enter into a standard holding tank agreement with the City modified as necessary to provide for automatic termination of this approval in the event the ownership of the property located
