December 9, 1976 to which were attached the Director of <br />Engineering Services report to the Planning Commission <br />and Resolution No. 14'71 of the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Exempts from report by the Planning Con~issicn pursuant <br /> <br /> to Government Code ~65402(a) property acquisil;ions <br /> for street widening and alignment projects which <br /> are of a minor nature. <br /> <br />Section 2. Except as specifically provided in Section 1 above~all <br /> other reports required by Government Code S65402(a) <br /> relating to the acquisition or disposition of property <br /> shall be made by the Planning Commission as to con- <br /> formity with the General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 3.
