CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE APPEAL OF CHARLOTTE <br />WITKE AND KAY MARTIN TO A DECISION OF THE PLAN- <br />NING COMMISSION APPROVING UP-76-31 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of December <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after the close of <br /> <br />1976, after holding a public hearing with respect to <br />a conditional use permit application UP-76-31, adopted <br />Resolution No. 1474 ( A Resolution of the Planning Com- <br />mission of the City of Pleasanton Approving a Conditional <br />Use Permit for Oak Tree Center, Filed Under UP-76-31); <br />and <br />said resolution would allow that portion of the 5.4 acre <br />site proposed for development which is zoned Public and <br />Institutional, to be used for parking to serve the por- <br />tion of the property zoned Central Commercial and to be <br />developed with a shopping center; and <br />on December 20, 1976, Charlotte Witke and Kay Martin <br />filed an appeal of the above Planning Commission decis- <br />ion within the time period provided for in the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />at the City Council meeting of January 10, 1977 a public <br />hearing was held regarding the appeal filed by Charlotte <br />Witke and Kay Martin, at which time any interested mem- <br />ber of the public either for or against the appeal was <br />afforded an opportunity to address the City Council and <br />present any evidence which was relevant to said appeal; <br />and <br /> <br /> the public hearing, the City Council <br /> <br /> <br />
