proposed new replacement dwelling at 1725 Rose <br /> Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The property owner shall execute a septic <br /> <br /> tank agreement approved by the City Attorney <br /> and executed prior to the issuance of a build- <br /> ing permit for the new dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 2. The property owner shall guarantee, in a form <br /> satisfactory to the City Attorney, that the <br /> existing dwelling unit on the property will be <br /> demolished within thirty (30) days of occupancy <br /> of the new dwelling and that the existing septic <br /> tank will be removed or sealed and abandoned at <br /> the same time, together with the leechfield for <br /> said septic tank. <br /> <br /> 3. The property owner shall abide by the require- <br /> ments and conditions of the Alameda County Health <br /> Department as set forth in the City of Pleasanton <br /> application for septic tank permit attached here- <br /> to as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by refer- <br /> ence. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to sig~ on behalf of the <br /> city of Pleasanton, the septic tank agreement with <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Ernest R.
