CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-25 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF <br /> A SEPTIC TANK AT 1725 ROSE AVENUE, SUBJECT <br /> TO CONDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MrS. Ernest R. Jones, 1725 Rose Avenue, made appli- <br /> cation for approval of a septic tank to serve a pro- <br /> posed new replacement dwelling at the aforementioned <br /> address; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property presently contains a single family dwell- <br />ing unit served by an existing septic tank; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing dwelling is to be demolished upon com- <br /> <br /> pletion of the new dwelling and the existing septic <br /> tank is not located properly to serve the new dwell- <br /> ing and will also be demolished; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the nearest existing sewer line to serve this property <br /> is located on Rose Avenue at the rear entrance to the <br /> Fairgrounds approximately 1,500 feet from the pro- <br /> posed building site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Alameda County Health Department has reviewed <br /> this application, performed percolation tests and <br /> has recommended approval of said septic tank sub- <br /> ject to conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of January 24, 1977, <br /> <br /> considered said application. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Approves the application of Mrs. Ernest R. Jones <br /> <br /> for the installation of a septic tank to serve a <br /> <br /> <br />
