2'-7.21 <br /> <br />Conditional Uses. The following conditional uses shall be allowed <br />upon the granting of a use permit in accord with the provisions <br />of Article 25 (Conditional Uses): <br /> <br />I-P Industrial Park District. <br /> <br />a. Public or private recreation facilities. <br /> <br />b e <br /> <br />Restaurants and soda fountains not including drive-in esta- <br />blishments, or establishments providing entertainment. <br /> <br />Service stations, not including trailer rental, providing <br />all operations except the sale of gasoline and oil and the <br />washing of cars shall be within a building enclosed on at <br />least three sides. <br /> <br />Public utility and public service pumping stations, equip- <br />ment buildings and installations, service yards, power <br />stations, drainage ways and structures, reservoirs, perco- <br />lation basins, well fields, storage tanks and transmission <br />lines. <br /> <br />Accessory structures and uses located on the same site as <br />a conditional use. <br /> <br />f. Wood sales and storage yards for unmilled lumber. <br /> <br />Plant nurseries. <br /> <br />Warehousing (excluding the storage of <br />liquids). <br /> <br />fuel or <br /> <br />flammable <br /> <br />i. Motion picture production. <br /> <br /> <br />
