Section <br /> <br />the event the building site on which the commercial <br />building is to be located is divided from the site <br />upon which the holding tank is located. Said agree <br />ment shall be completed and executed prior to issuance <br />of any building permit for the proposed development. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the aforementioned <br />holding tank agreement when the same has been signed as <br />to form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 3.
