CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAIIEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ~IENDMENT TO THE VINTAGE <br />HILLS ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City and Morris Stulsaft Testamentary Trust entered <br />into an annexation agreement dated May 6, 1963 and <br />modified said agreement September 30, 1973 regarding <br />transfer of land to the City for park purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a minor subdivision map was submitted to the City to <br /> divide the property into four 15-acre parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to the proposed division contemplated it is necessary <br />to modify the annexation agreement to clarify installa- <br />tion of street improvements and to modify the granting <br />of sewer connections; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. William Hirst, attorney representing Morris Stulsaft <br />Trust, requested a letter to be prepared regarding four <br />sewer connections when available after the April 1977 <br />allocation for his client's property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the attached Modification to Annexation <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Attorney to draft the letter <br /> requested by Mr. Hirst regarding four sewer connections. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON MARCH 14, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br />%~P OVED AS T~C~ <br /> Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
