NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council determines that the application of <br /> Jack Bras for P & M Development to rezone approximately <br /> 1.42 acres located on the west side of Sonoma Drive <br /> between Junipero Street and developed lots to the south <br /> of Junipero Street from RM-2500 (Multiple Residential) <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br /> and for approval of a development plan for a proposed <br /> 13-unit "garden court" home subdivision on the 1.42 acre <br /> site would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment and, therefore, no Environmental Impact <br /> Report shall be prepared. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
