CETA Title II Reference is nk~de to that contract made and entered into on the ] st day of September , 1976, by and between the County of b/an~, a body corporate and politic of the State of California, and the City 0f P]easant0n 1. Said contract is hereby amended by changing Section 1, Sentence 2, to read as follows: "Funding for the period frcrn September ] , 1976 through September 30 , 1977, is $ ]]3,528 , w~Lich includes a_n origj~a] ~maount of $25,000 end an additional a~nount of $ 88,528 to cover the cost of w~ges and benefits for the authorized public service positions." 2. Said contract is hereby further amended by aaa~ng a thizd paragraph to Section 6, to read as follows: "Suk~gent's program shall consist of the provision of ]3 position(s) under the CETA Title I I , Public Service Employmeant (PSE) Program for the period of this contract. filled positions ~nere 7 Elementary School District Subagent's program shall sustain existing position(s) is/are filled at Murray and ~fnere ] position(s) is/are filled at P]easant0n Area Health Concerns At any time such positions become vacant, the redeployn~_nt and refilling. - of such positions shall be subject to the discretion of the Subagent' consistant with funding allocations under this contract and CETA regulations." 3. Said contract is 'hereby flLrther amended by .cb=nnging the third paragraph to Section 9, to read as follows: "Subagent may with the prior written approval of the County: 1) delegate any part of this program as described in Section 6, above, to authorized agencies or; 2) Public Service E~mployme_nt employees ~y be assigned to other agencies, with the Subagent retaining full responsibility for such entDloyees. - 4. ~'~xcept as herein amended, said contract is continued in full force and effect.
