CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CETA CONTRACT <br />WITH COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a contract was entered into on September 1, 1976, between <br />the County of Alameda and the City of Pleasanton regarding <br />CETA Title II funding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />an amendment to said contract <br />funding through September 30, <br />$113,528.00; and <br /> <br />is necessary to extend <br />1977, in an amount of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, further amendments are proposed as indicated on the attached <br /> Amendment to Contract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Amendment to Contract regarding CETA Title II <br /> is approved as indicated on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute the <br /> Amendment to Contract. <br /> <br />Section 3.
